The refund of your deposit is initiated immediately after you complete the 120 minute timeshare presentation.

If you reschedule your reservation 7 days or more from your arrival date, there is a $25 rescheduling fee. If you reschedule your reservation less than 7 days from your arrival date there is a $50 rescheduling fee. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit your $99 deposit.

If you do not attend or complete the timeshare tour you will be charged the full retail price, approximately $950.
